President

With over 10 years of real estate investment experience, Ashraf brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Prior to founding Synercapital, Ashraf came from an engineering background and spent some time working with a major Canadian lender. As an investor himself, he believes in looking at all aspects of a property, and takes a multi-faceted approach to analyzing prospective investments. His primary focus has traditionally been on properties with hidden potential and he has been very successful at growing an impressive portfolio of properties – he currently owns over 200 units, and manages over 500 units – in the greater Ottawa area. His experience spans beyond real estate to include syndicating large property transactions, in-depth property analysis, and expert real estate consultation.

A real estate broker with many years of real estate and investment experience, Alex brings considerable knowledge, expertise, and experience to our team. He believes in focusing on market basics when approaching real estate investments. He has been successful as a real estate agent and is currently the broker of record for the company. Being a real estate investor himself, Alex is passionate about real estate – especially in value-added properties and land development.
